Nina's experience spans food business consulting, education, cooking, and entrepreneurship. She has lead over 70 food businesses through business training programs, one-on-one advising, and culinary development courses. In March 2019, she lead the launch of the Ashland Market & Cafe, a 2100 sq. ft. food hall in unincorporated Alameda County, California that serves as an incubator space for 4 local food businesses. Nina enjoys working with food entrepreneurs and supporting businesses in innovation strategy, brand building, marketing, and financing. Currently she manages food and beverage innovation projects at The Culinary Edge in San Francisco, CA, and works with food businesses around the United States and world to design delicious and unique eating experiences.
